Service Agreement
(Terms of Service)
This agreement explains the obligation Mystic Auto Detail, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Mystic Auto Detail,” “us,” or “we”) has to its customers (hereafter referred to as “customer,” “client,” or “you”) and our customers obligations to us in relation to the services to be performed. By using Mystic Auto Detail, LLC you are agreeing to the following terms of service in full, without modifications by you.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Mystic Auto Detail always does its absolute best to get your vehicle as clean as possible. We go through your vehicle with painstaking detail to make sure we get all the spots most of out competitors miss. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get every stain out or that we will be able to make a vehicle look brand new again. We will always do our best and only move on once we are confident we have removed all we can. However, we’re humans and we occasionally make mistakes and may miss a spot.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you have 48 hours from the time the service is completed to notify us. If you think we missed a spot we’ll schedule a time to come back out and touch up your vehicle. We may require a description as well as pictures of the spot in question. Re-detailing touch up must be done within 14 days of original service and all balances must be paid off before re-detailing can be scheduled.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided by Mystic Auto Detail, LLC are subject to change and based on the information provided by the customer.
We always do our best to provide an accurate and up front estimate to our customers; However, if we arrive for the service and discover the vehicle condition does not match the information we were provided, you will be provided with a new estimate before service is started.
You will be able to choose between continuing with the service under the new estimate, continuing with the old estimate with the understanding that the service will not be able to be fully completed in the allotted time, or cancelling the service.
Service Area
We are based out of Yorkville, IL and service the surrounding area to about a 30 minute drive. If you’re not sure if we service your area please reach out to us with the address you wish to have your vehicle detailed at.
We may be willing to go slightly outside our normal service area but we may require an additional fee or the servicing of multiple vehicles to make the trip worth the drive.
Services not covered
Removal of bodily fluids. ($150 fee if any are discovered during service.)
Cleaning of spare tire area under trunk.
Any repairs.
Pre-existing condition and accidental damage
Mystic Auto Detail, LLC will always treat your vehicle with the utmost care while we’re servicing it. We want your vehicle to look its best and have never damaged a vehicle while in our care, however accidents do happen. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle while its in our care. We also cannot be held responsible for any damages your vehicle may have had prior to service.
Water and Electricity
We currently require access to a working water spigot and electrical outlet within 100 feet of the service area as well as a drain available to dump waste water. The electrical outlet must be at least 15 amps and not have any load on the circuit during time of service.
We plan to upgrade our setup in the future to eliminate these needs and make our service truly mobile but we’re not there yet.
Payment Terms
Payment for all services is due upon completion of the detailing service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in advance of the service. Mystic Auto Detail, LLC currently accepts cash, checks, most major credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
A 2.5% convenience fee will be applied for digital payments. This helps us offset the costs associated with digital payment methods and electronic payment processing.
Personal Belongings
All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service appointments. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may have been left in your vehicle during service. We will always remove any personal belonging we see prior to service and give them to you. We always remove and discard any trash we see in the vehicle during service and cannot be held responsible if we discard something you wanted to keep.
Advertisement
You agree to allow Mystic Auto Detail to take photographs and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for use in advertisement. Your personal information such as license plate numbers and VIN numbers will never be visible in advertisements.
Changes to this agreement
Mystic Auto Detail reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. It is upto you to check our agreement at the time of your service.
Sales
All sales are final. Mystic Auto Detail does not issue refunds.
